    ESP stands for Email Service Provider, simply put an ESP is a tool that is used to automate email campaigns. Examples of ESPs are Mailchimp, Constant contact, Activecampaign etc

    We work with many email service providers, basically we can work with any ESP. But first, we review the ESP you are currently using and make recommendations for changes if the need arise. Certain factors determine which ESP we recommend and may include use case, size of your business etc.

    What is email automation?

    Email automation is the process of planning emails with the use of predefined rules inside an ESP, that are automatically sent at specific time interval or triggered by the action or inaction of a recipient on a particular website.     What is list cleaning?
